Beautiful swimming pool. Very clean property. Excellent staff who went over and beyond to help you.

Great location, easy communication, plenty of parking, walk up a few stairs, some ants got into the apt, over all a great stay.
some awesome beaches within 30 mins walk, so you don't have to drive. supermarket and restaurants right in C. Galdana.

The villa is clean, there are stair gates which was great for the children. The outdoor area with pool is spacious and clean. A really beautiful, well kept villa. It is up a hill from the beach but so are all the villas and we enjoyed the exercise and it’s an amazing view.

By far, one of the best resorts on Menorca - a long-term favourite with a wide range of attractions just a short car journey, bus ride or walk away. Extremely popular destination for British/French families and couples. Something for everyone with three major, well-appointed hotels (Minura Cala Galdana, Meliá Cala Galdana and ARTIEM Audax adults only) and many comfortable/affordable apartments.

I had read in several guide books that Cala Galdana was too built-up and commercialized, but we did not find that. The town is very small and not too crowded and the beach was great. Bus service there, however, is quite limited. Much better to have a car.NancyUnited States - 8.0Scored 8.0
Cala Galdana is a small resort and there is a limited choice...
Cala Galdana is a small resort and there is a limited choice of places to eat and drink and its not great value for money compared to when we visited Cuitadella and noticed how much cheaper it was there. There are only a couple of small supermarkets so if you want a 'big' shop for self catering you would have to venture to Cuitadella (about 30 minutes away) by bus or taxi. There seems to be a mosquito problem as all 4 of us were bitten quite badly - this seemed to be in the evenings when out in the restaurants / bars. The beach is beautiful and it is worth renting the sunbed and umbrella for a lovely relaxing day. You are however allowed to put your towel and own umbrella on the beach. We hired a self drive boat for a couple of hours which was good fun. Its worth taking your snorkel and mask as the bay is shallow and there are lots of fish.

As above we think that there are better places to stay in...
As above we think that there are better places to stay in Menorca for couples, but Cala Galdana is hard to beat for its reasonably priced accommodation and range of facilities. As I have coeliac disease and must eat gluten free it was good to have cooking facilities and to find most restaurants had no trouble providing suitable meals.ColinNew Zealand - 8.0Scored 8.0
A nice beach, ideal for families.
A nice beach, ideal for families. The water is usually very calm and it doesn't get deep for a while. It is especially fun because two of the islands most beautiful beaches are also in walking distance. Even our 5-year-old was able to walk there on his own. Sadly, it seems to be a thing for women to be topless at the beach, especially at those you have to walk to. That was pretty awkward. Unfortunately, there was a storm one night. The river that runs from inland into the bay, made the whole bay turn into a brown pawn for two days. The town hasn't very much charm to offer. But it has a selection of restaurants and some stores. Sadly, they allowed the Melia hotel group to build a really big hotel right by the beach. It really isn't nice to look at. We rented a paddle boat with a slide for an hour. That was great fun for the whole family. We would recommend doing that.AndreasSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Fabulous place for anyone with or without children. Perfect facilities- clean - plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. Stunning views. Supermarkets if self catering and ideal if you wanted to stay self catering, hotel or villa. Would definitely return

- 9.1Scored 9.1SuperbRated superb· 139 reviewsWe loved that this neat apartment had everything we needed for a self catering holiday in Menorca - a well stocked, useful kitchen with a coffee machine and all the essential utensils and cutlery, a good-sized bathroom, very comfortable beds, a huge balcony that received morning sun and looked over Cala Galdana, and everything was very clean. It was easy to park near the apartment, there are supermarkets close by, and there is easy access to a washing machine. We would definitely come back!

The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the capsule coffee machine with free capsules was especially nice. Everything was clean and working. You could see over the whole Cala Galdana from the apartment's terrace which was situated on the roof, the stairs to it were next to the apartment entrance. It was nice to sit outside having breakfast and listening to live music played in the nearby restaurant in the evenings.

Breakfast and Dinner were well organised in the restaurant and overall good value for money. The location was central and Cala Galdana seemed a good base to explore with plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked to nearby beaches Cala Mitjana and Cala Macarella which were beautiful. We had a great stay, would recommend and would return.

Cala Mitjana is a short 20 minute hike and ended up being my favorite beach in the Balearics. Pool was nice to lounge at. Loved the breakfast buffet. I liked this area because it’s pretty much in the middle of Ciutadella and Mahon, making it a good choice if you plan to explore the whole island.
