Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the girls in the restaurant. And the two cooks too. Great food and plenty of it as well. Easy to take a breakfast or a lunch with you if wanna leave for an early or a whole day safari. We made reservations for a room, but got offered a tent, which we gladly took as the room looked not as comfy as the tent (warm, small windows without insectscreens).
Hippos, crocs and kingfishers in river next to lodge. Even an elephant dropped by.
Definetely worth a stay.

The accommodation is ideally situated in close proximity to Masai Mara Park, allowing us to sleep in close quarters with the wild habitats of zebras, zebus, and hyenas. Our stay was in a spacious tent that was well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience, including a thoughtful provision of a lamp for late-night bathroom visits to the nearby outhouse. Sarah and Nathan were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to arrange transportation for us from Narok to the Kambu Mara camp. Sarah's thoughtful gesture of providing souvenirs featuring the camp was a delightful touch.

Our three days at Olaloi were just amazing.
We we're welcomed by Jemimah, Jacob and the whole team in person. James, the Chef, prepared a late lunch for us and the highlight of day one was the Kenyan Tea around the bonfire, where we got a Maasai Welcome Dance by the camp team, which was absolutely stunning.
Through our whole stay, everyone gave everything to make our time as great as possible.
Thanks again for taking us into Maasai Tradition.
I can highly recommend, spending time at Olaloi Mara Camp and enjoy the authentic and very warm hospitality.

The room is big, beds are comfortable, location is great and easily accesible, the road is not bed, only the last 2km is offroad. The food was good and not so expensive (15€ for main dish). The staff was really nice, we reccomend going for a nature walk and in to a nearby town with the guide. Shower is big and there is hot water after 6pm.

John, Jacob and James were amazing hosts. We had a really good 2 day safari with them in Maasai Maara. Jacob was very good in explaining us about various animals we spot. John was an excellent safari guide too. The camp we stayed was also very good. They had good breakfast too.
The entire camp stay was great. It had two beds, and was spacious. Shower was good with hot water,
We had very good conversations about our cultures as well.
The stay is quite close to Sekenani gate, a very ideal location
