Great hotel that saved us very last minute from a horrible place that we had booked. It was a great unexpected surprise! They even helped us to book a taxi to the airport.

All the restaurants and bar were supposed to be open till...
All the restaurants and bar were supposed to be open till 9.00 PM. The first day I went at 8.15 PM and was told they were closed (all three restaurants). Next day I went at 7.20 PM and was seated but told they would close at 9.00 PM but I was repeatedly approached by the waiters and reminded to finish up as soon as possible. At 8.15 PM they started removing the dishes for the buffet. Room service- the food was delivered COLD!
Bad manners of the staff and absolutely pathetic! It's not a five star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Closer to 2-3 starts.

Bigger city than I had thought.
Bigger city than I had thought. While on the bus I saw several places I would like to have stopped at/shopped at. Will spend more time next time. I even saw a shop that specialized in clothing for large women (I am one and have not bought clothing in Korea for that reason.)
Everything! In fact we didn't get to explore the hotel much including the Starbucks and the cafe at the lobby. There were bakery and convenient stores right at the back so it was super convenient.
Kintex was just a breeze 10mins walk. Reception and housekeeping were super helpful and especially the lady who attended to us during check in - no communication issues at all (she spoke very good English).
For some reasons our room was hot and thank goodness they were flexible - they offered us a electric fan!
Excellent location, with a Hyundai Department Store on one side and Kintex on the other. Great routes nearby to go jogging in the morning. The hotel has a 24-hour business center and a proper gym, and the Oksang bar at the rooftop is a must-visit: decent breakfast with even better views and decor! And for once, a hotel in Korea with extra large and fluffy robes
The hotel is not far from the station and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel facilities are excellent. We stayed in a superior twin room. There was an enclosed enclosed balcony with a bathtub! The front staff were friendly and spoke English to us which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Grand round about entry with doorman waiting. Beautifully design and decorated lobby reception area and facilities. Breakfast was excellent. The concierge, doorman valet service staff is world class. Although we don’t tip in Korea last time we visited we left the gentleman 50000 kw tip because he was so fantastic.
This hotel has the most spacious room with cheap price during our stay in South Korea (compared to our stay in Busan and Incheon). I love the toilet bidet and seat warmer. The owner also shows some efforts to make sure our stay is comfortable. He even gives us gifts/souvenirs.
The attention from the hotel attendant was great. All the facilities were clean, the services were always available, very secure location, all the kitchenware were clean and I would say a place value for money.
Recommendation: Get in touch with hostess before arriving.
The breakfast is great! The location to KINTEX and shopping malls is prefect. It's clean, compact, smart and you are not disturbed by the hotel staff. I didn't sight and cleaner while in k-tree, yet they come around to clean.
Take the airport red bus 3200, I can reach here without transferring, and it's very close to the subway station.
The free rice and kimchi were also good! I will come here when I visit Korea next time :D
The hotel is stunning, the staff is super helpful in both Korean and English, and the rooms are very comfortable. My friend and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again.
The staff are kind and considerate.we missed the last train and we call the hotel and they kindly waited for us and welcomed us with a smile. worth the price.
