The location is excellent and there's a connected walkway to the Zurich airport. Highly recommended for guest who's laying over in Zurich for flight transfer. Besides, the room is very spacious and clean. The hotel facilities are new, the staff are very friendly.

It's really conveniently located at an affordable price, especially in comparison to what costs can reach in Switzerland. Perfect for when you just need somewhere to stay and you're out most of the day. There's no direct dealing with any kind of reception staff, the only people you might meet are the ones who clean the rooms. The password for the Internet Wi-Fi was on the notice behind the front door for me. Within walking distance of Kloten railway station (don't mix up on return journeys with the one called Kloten Balsberg!) but you can actually walk from the hotel to the airport. Quite a lot of us did that, you start by crossing the street from the entrance towards the walking path which is signposted which is just diagonally across the street. It would be easier to catch a cab from the airport the first time or at night (my driver preferred cash so it's handy to have some). Lots of bus stops even closer than Kloten but I personally didn't use those

The Dorint Airport-Hotel Zürich was built in the shape of the Swiss Cross and is located in Glattbrugg, 2 km from Zürich Airport and offers private parking at a surcharge. The room was perfect for our disco nap between our connecting flights. The member of staff even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Very nice service and the hotel was extremely clean. We run a small hotel in Greece and know how important cleanliness is and where to spot where something is dirty. This hotel is spotless. I don’t understand other guests’ reviews.
