Check in/check out was a breeze. The staff were all very efficient and helpful. I enjoyed all the meals I took in the restaurant with all the staff being very attentive. I also had a a very relaxing massage at the Cocoon. Perfect way to end the trip and have all those tired muscles soothed! The hotel is right on Terminal 1 so access to flights can be done in a minute. Milan Express to city center is also easily accessed just right outside the hotel. It's just soo convenient and perfect for me in every way.
