From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left - the service we received was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded many of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. When the team found out that it was my partners birthday, they went absolutely above and beyond to provide dinner recommendations, reservations, book spa treatments and surprise us with wine & cake free of charge. A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again. Great location - within walking distance to everything - Port, Old City, Market, Restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator for upper floors. They even had beach towels and a Para-Sol to borrow.

The room was huge, super clean but a little hit dark cause we were at the street level. If you want a light full one make sure to note that you ask for it. The staff was super kind and always available to help us and the position very centric. I loved it.

Easy check in. Katya met us at the beautiful modern apartment and explained how to use the washing machine and oven etc. The location couldn’t have been better. It was very central to restaurants and the well equipped grocery store is literally across the street. Despite being so close to the hub of things it was very quiet. The apartment has everything you need and shopping is 5-10 minutes away.

It was clean, spacious enough for two people: close to all facilities. It has a cute balcony at the back where you can sit and both rooms have access to it. You have all conveniences from the big tv to the nice kitchen with all appliences. A big plus that there is a washing machine and dryer available

Big room, good for family's with kids, close to the beach (5 min walking), swimming pool clean and nice, beds sun around verry comfortable, jacuzzi the best! Terrace on the roof amazing! Friendly staff 💙👌 had 7 relaxing nights on there! Thank you!
