Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.

We really loved our stay. The place is in an excellent location very close to the lake and super close to various supermarkets. The furnishing and equipment is high quality and therefore functioning well. For all who enjoy being close to nature an absolute recommendation.

Lake Annecy is a short walk away and there are some fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is a great local Sunday market just around the corner as well as some great places for breakfast. Our studio apartment was clean and comfortable and provided a great base to enjoy and explore Annecy. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Well equipped with everything you need for a self catering break. 10 minute walk to the lake. Quiet neighbourhood, with loads of restaurants nearby. We will be returning to Annecy and will definitely use this apartment again. Private car park was useful.

Big closet with ironing board and iron and safe. Our room had a long balcony with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the mountain. Breakfast was adequate. Car parking is handy underground with an elevator to the hotel. We mentioned our anniversary and a complimentary bottle of wine was waiting in the room, nice touch!GladisFamily with young children
