A great appartement and location with very responsive team. The appartements are functional and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The ground floor appartement bedrooms were a bit cold and a bit of humidity but with the stand alone heater provided that was resolve very quickly!

Everything was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was fabulous, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was exceptional with incredible ocean views. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. There was great lighting, so often rooms are dark. The tv was on castors so that it could be viewed either from the bed or the couch in its own little alcove with a large window. Important for us, because we stayed during the Rugby World Cup. It was warm the entire time, so we kept the window and balcony sliding glass door open. Apparently, this is common because the flooring is a surface that accepts water and it is easily mopped up. There was a large fabulous bath tub for soaking. We had breakfast one morning; a petit dejeuner simple. It included coffee and croissants. The cafe au lait was the best I have had since visiting Paris years ago. It was the old fashioned steamed milk in a pitcher. This is the ONLY hotel on the beach near the old town in Biarritz.. All of the others are up on the bluffs. The restaurant next door, Le Surfing was excellent as well.

We were met by really friendly host, that even had arranged a small gift for us on arrival. The apartment matched the price, and it was really super clean and tidy. Things like iron, wine opener and oyster knife made the stay even more comfortable. Stay was really worth the money.

What we really liked was the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist Muriel. She would go to any lengths to give you information and was a very kind and welcoming person. We were delighted with the apartment which we had to book at short notice due to the cancellation of another apartment just before we travelled. It was also superb to be able to park our car in their garage on the premises. All in all a wonderful experience. Catherine and Paul, Cork, Ireland

First of all the views, the views from here are beautiful, we enjoyed a wonderful sunset almost from our own room, the appartments are spacious, have good cooking tools, dishwasher and everything was very clean, parking very accesible and very big, easy reception too, we didn't try the other facilities but the minigolf seemed fun and the pools also easy to get to

La tranquilidad de la zona pero con todo a mano (playa, restaurantes, supermercados…). Además el alojamiento tenía todo el menaje necesario para cocinar sin faltar un detalle. Y el personal de recepción encantadores.

La ubicación está genial, cerca de muchos puntos de interés en la zona. Fuimos con coche y se agradece que el alojamiento tenga parking gratuito. En los demás lugares aparcar es muy sencillo y se puede recorrer con facilidad. La habitación estaba bien para las tres personas que fuimos, totalmente equipada.
