The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

I like everything about my stay. Impeccably clean. Easy self in and out. Location is perfect. Every possible facilities were available. I like especially the modern style. On the first floor on a business building are located of one wing different rooms accessed with code. At the top center but together with that very quiet. Everything was brand new. Modern facilities , with all the comforts that we needed as a family. Very clean, tidy and spacious. We really missed nothing. Maria on the reception was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. They have also a fitness room on the basement , which was equally clean and had everything for a simple workout. They have their own private parking very near the hotel , which is a big plus.

Gold by name Gold by nature ! This brand new (March 2024) apartment is a real find. Beautifully renovated building with new apartments and marble everywhere. The room was a generous size and the ensuite stunning. The owner personally greeted us and was most helpful. A complimentary bottle of wine awaited our arrival. I very rarely rate a stay as 10 but this is one of them. Thoroughly recommended
