Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.

The owners have clearly put a lot of love into this new property. The rooms were perfectly presented and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the sunset. We loved its location out of town on the hill - incredibly peaceful but just a few minutes drive to the beach. You definitely need a car but there is plenty of parking. Alejandro the owner was really helpful too.

Location, close to small falassarna which is way more private and beautiful than main falassarna beach. The fact that this is the last stop of the bus and the bus stops basically in front of property!!!!! we loved the neighbourhood the view from our terrace, the small supermarket to shop for water and beverages which is a part of this porperty, the great cafe which is on the path to the beach, the great restaurant with very nice food and spectacular view is a few steps away.

Quiet location outside of Kissamos in a beautiful area full of olive trees and great restaurants closeby. Hosts are wonderful. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Accommodation has a kitchenette and big living room. Parking.

Fabulous location, very private beach directly in front of this family-run small hotel where the sunset view from our balcony was wonderful! Lovely breakfast outside in the garden and even had a bottle of their favorite wine I could buy (reasonable price). Beds/mattresses appear new and were very comfy. Wifi was strong, everything very clean, nice breeze from front to back with the doors open. Never even used the AC but nice to have just in case. Mini kitchen was just enough--who needs to cook when you can get great food all over here?
