Very nice owner that took really good care of us.The rest of the staff is also very friendly, especially the sweet lady with the curly blond hair 😊Amazing view, amazing food and view at the taverna. You should definitely eat there!

Overall it was a great experience, the host was waiting for me when I arrived, she gave me the keys and showed me lots of places to visit in the island! The hotel was very quiet (I think it has more to do with the date)!

The hotel is nice and cozy. Apartment is big and clean with a beautiful view. Cleaning was done every two days. It was very relaxing to spend time on the terrace, near the pool and in the bar and restaurant. The food was tasty. There are at least 3 tavernas around in 2 minutes walk distance. We always could find a free spot on the free public parking just near the hotel. The people who own the place and work there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you for being for us there! My wife, 4 years old daughter and I enjoyed our stay and the vacation very much!

We are delighted with the hospitality of the hosts. The location is excellent. Moraitica and all its amenities are close by. The beach is a short stroll by the river. The facility is right next to the river and we enjoyed feeding the fish and ducks. The pool is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The room is just right, clean, spacious. The kitchen has enough dishes for two people. All in all, we are very satisfied with our vacation and will definitely come back again.

Book only superior studio! Those are renovated :) normal studios are very old and smelly. Best thing is location! It is just next to the beach, it has nice garden and swimming pool and little playground for kids. If you look around, the other properties in Moraitika and Messognhi are on the road or high uphill or in even worse shape etc, so worse options in my opinion ( and I searched a lot since I wanted to change accommodation initially, but when I saw others I was supper happy with this one ) - Cleaning lady is very kind and helpful - garden is very well maintained - :) - parking included Beach is wonderful! Clear water, sand in the water and pebbles and sand on the cost. Great for kids, because the water is very shallow and calm. There are also very nice restaurants near by, I recommend Caldera, great location, service and food amazing! Also recommend Bella vista taverna :)

Great location, situated between the main road and the beach , meaning that you can’t hear the noise coming from the road but you have all the shops and restaurants nearby , and you can be at the beach by walking only 5 minutes Super flexible owner, she kindly let is to check in several hours earlier , and let us leave our bags at the property until we got back from our excursion late in the afternoon We got our room cleaned and bed made every second day by a very friendly and smiley cleaning lady Our room had two seating areas, one on the front at the entrance and one on the balcony which was definitely a plus when the sun was too strong so sit on the balcony There is washing machine we could use free of charge ( including detergent and fabric softener) another huge plus for us since we had to travel light The pool is absolutely gorgeous and spotless clean as well as it’s surroundings , there is also a fridge next to the pool for your drinks , so you can keep them cold while sunbathing The reception area has bathrooms, another plus , not needing to go back to your room every time from the pool , and a lovely mini library with a great selection of books The garden is lush and green, with beautiful ambient lights at night We come to corfu every year, usually not staying longer then two nights at one place , but since we enjoy our stay so much here , we decided to stay for four nights Would recommend it highly, we’ll definitely be back next year !

the apartment is comfortable, super clean, located in a really nice are, 3 min by car to a beach that we loved, right next to a supermarket and you can borrow beach toys for the kids and sun shades.

The host was really kind and friendly. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary cooking tools and air conditioning. We got towels, shampoo and shower gel. The apartment was really tidy, they cleaned and changed the bedroom sheets every 2 days. The supermarket was exactly under the building (operated by the same owner) and the bus station was on the other side of the road.
