Absolutely wonderful property and much more the staff. Suzan was in touch with us the minute we confirmed the booking and helped us plan our sta through bookings, itinerary and car rental. She was absolutely amazing, we had the best winery tour and car rental was easy as well. Thor was also exceptional help, an all-around guy. You don’t need to worry about carrying your luggage up the hill as Thor is a dependable porter, we were able to check out and walk around the city, we just met him with our luggage at the agreed time. The hotel was immaculate and clean, with a wonderful welcome of wine and snacks. We loved that the place is far from the crowds and Pyrgos is a lovely underrated village in itself. Would love to return!!! Highly highly recommended.

The location of the house offered us privacy and quiet, as it is away from the busy tourist core of the island. Helpful staff of the property is available 24/7 to provide assistance and meet guests needs. Reasonable prices for the house. I would love to recommend it to my friends and my family, if they ever being visited Santorini, I would like to tell them to stayed here!

Everything about our stay was incredible, I don't think there is anything that could be improved. The property was very clean, comfortable, private and the jacuzzi was amazing. Our hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting with any queries we had, including food recommendations and places to visit. This hotel is a real gem for many kinds of tourists. It offers visitors beautiful sights over the whole island but is still located in a very quiet neigbourhood that is yet to be found by larger crowds. The establishment is brand new and as Jenny said they are "very proud of their new building" and it shows. Rooms are very clean and Sanda from the Housekeeping is really thoughtful person. Special thanks to her for making our stay pleasant. Air conditioning in the room works like a charm and with the beautiful rooftop pool area it made our stay during the Greece's record hot temperatures enjoyable. Jenny from the Reception felt more like a local friend than a receptionist, who made sure our plans for the days spent in Santorini were the best possible. Since this hotel is located in Pyrgos village high up in the mountains it might not be the best possible place transportwise for everyone. We still actually found it really really easy to go around the island by local busses but this is something one has to be toughtful of. Pyrgos village main square bus stop (which serves the Fira-Perissa line) is located 600m from the hotel and Santo Wines bus stop (which serves the Akrotiri-Fira, Perissa-Fira Express and Ferry Port-Fira lines) is located 1200m from the hotel (keep in mind that this is downhill from the hotel to the bus stop). You'll not be located in the noisiest city but if you want to visit those larger cities it is not too hard even by those local busses. Just know that the timetables for local busses are just guiding at most. Sometimes we went from hotel to the other side of the island in less than an hour and once we had to wait for an hour at Pyrgos bus stop before bus arrived. And of course you can bypass this minor locational inconvenience by renting a car.

Excellent place to chill and enjoy the the view but the most i like is support and guidance from Theodor he help us from explain every thing about the island the best company for rent car or book sailing trip even he help us to got a better table in restaurant that we booked earlier
