It exceeded my expectation.The host was so helpful and friendly, he suggested "the best restaurant" nearby. The food there was amazing and the restaurant owner was super nice too (Salt and Pepper Restaurant). It is easy to contact the owner by whatsapp for anything you need. He speaks English which is great.

The location was fabulous- incredibly close to the heart of Fira but offset enough to be quiet, private, and tranquil. the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast room service? AMAZING. The unobstructed views of the caldera? how can you beat that. All in all, 10/10

Wow we had a fantastic stay at Lemon Suites! Not only was the property well located (5-10min walk from the shops, restaurants and bars, also close to a free parking area if you rent a car) and comfortable (excellent facilities, bed, shower, sitting space), but the service was absolutely exceptional. It was all the little extras that really made the difference; Our host (Maria) taking the time to explain a little about the area, and provide recommendations for things to do when we arrived. providing umbrellas when it rained (yes it rained heavy enough to need them on one of the days we were there), organising ATV rental, car rental and restaurant bookings for us, and having a locker for our baggage after checkout with a key we could hold onto for the day so we could access our bags when we liked. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely stay there again - the room with jacuzzi for sure!

The room was wonderful, and it had everything you could want or need. The owners were always available and went above and beyond helping to arrange tours and taxi's and take care of the needs of their guesd. They made sure you always had coffee or tea available in your room, and if there was something you needed extra, they would help get it or arrange it. The view from the room was beautiful overlooking the volcano with gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace, and the breakfast was well rounded and delicious. I loved staying here the beds were also comfortable, and that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning.
