That was one of the most positive impression from our visit to Parma. Some periods it’s difficult to find suitable place, especially which is in good condition and have no problems with maintaining hot water boiler or finding any utensils. Brand new apartments with fresh interior and excellent location. Short walk to the centre, nearby central station and two streets from public parking. The owner assisted with our demands. This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.
