Casa Diverio was a wonderful location to stay in Stresa. The apartment decorated with great taste, was clean and spacious. Also it was super handy to stroll around. Ms Susy, our host, welcomed us with kindness and gave us many advices about sights to go to and restaurants as well. We’ll cherish great memories of this vacation thanks to the lovely people at Casa Diverio. Thank you very much.

The apartment is nice, spacious, extremely clean and furnished in a quite smart way. It is located in the very center of Stresa so everything is close. Pets are allowed which is a huge plus for us. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot.

It my second stay in this apartment hotel and I am anticipating the third one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is renovated and very clean. All the cutlery, plates, casseroles are brand new. The double bed is very comfortable. Secured parking place is included in the cost of the apartment. The beach is just 3 min walk from the apartment; if you stay in the hotel, the beach is straight there. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is situated on the quite street but literally five minutes walk from the center with cafes, shops, restaurants and touristic attractions.

We stayed here before and we liked it just the way it is. We stayed this time for 6 nights. We love that the appartment comes with household appliances like kitchen towels,broom, mop, foldable clothes hanger and garbage bags an bins, these small luxuries are godsend for longstays with kids. The laundry room is also nice, washing maschine, dryer and iron. The appartment is large, comfy and the price is fair for Baveno's standard. The staff were always friendly and accomodating. Right in front of the hotel, there's a park with playground and a public beach, with a café. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk and you can walk to Baveno city centre in 10-15 minutes.
