A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again. Apartment was very close to the beach, everything was clean and you can use the pool all day. The host vas very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information.

The staff, accomodations and location were top notch. It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s a grocery about 400m away and Palma is a short bus ride. The staff was professional and responsive.
