A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again. The staff, accomodations and location were top notch. It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s a grocery about 400m away and Palma is a short bus ride. The staff was professional and responsive.
