Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Cote Ouest vender mot Annecysjøen og ligger en 15-minutters kjøretur fra Annecy jernbanestasjon. We stayed in Le Grande Bleu, it had the most amazing view’s across the lake. We had the sun on the balcony until about 3pm, lovely to wake up to. Bed was so comfy, great shower and nice pans, glasses etc. we extended our trip whilst we were there as enjoyed the apartment & place. Will definitely be back

Well worth the price for the location and standard of the accommodation.

All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.

The accommodation was very well located, just few kilometers away from the city centre. There are two reserved parking areas and one underground garage if needed with few euros more. The accommodation was very good, clean and organized. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
