All units include a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a private bathroom fiitted with a hair dryer, while some units feature a terrace or a balcony. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, the units include bed linen and towels.

What to say? Picobello: clean, cozy, comfortable, calm. It was a little apartment, a comfortable sleeping room with an open kitchen, a separate bath room and even a small balcony attached. The kitchen allowed to shop groceries in town - getting some delicious fish fillet from Rasmus was a good idea - and to cook and have a good dinner in the apartment. The balcony looked calm and cozy as well - only the winter season was too cold, but that is not the balcony's fault. For the 1-2 little questions that occurred, the landlords responded instantly and extremely helpful. Thus, it was a highly enjoyable stay. Anything else to say? The location is calm and cozy, but still close enough to the city center: one has to walk for about 10 minutes only across the nearby white bridge with a beautiful view over the lake to Kütertor, the direct entrance to the city center. In Stralsund, about everything - maybe except for Rügen - can be reached on foot in few minutes, so the perfect distance for an evening stroll. And those who do not want to walk Stralsund's old town or at the lake side with the stars shining above you, will not want to walk anywhere.

    Perfect accomodation in quiet place cca 10 min walking from the center. The host was very friendly and helpful. The flat was comfortable and clean, kitchen was well equipped, WiFi worked well. The parking situated in inner courtyard gave enough place for parking. Best recommendations!

    Comfortable, bright, clean room. The was everything we needed: the fridge, kettle, plates, cups, hairdryer. Close to the Old Town, with parking place. Key was in the keybox. The price was really attractive. We recommend the place for a short stay!

    The apartment is located in a strategic area. It's near the port and the sea, as well as bus stations and restaurants, all can be reached by walk for a short time. The apartment number 2 where we stayed were quite spacious and most of the facilities needed are provided.

    Really central, ten minute walk from the station and the living room window overlooked one of the main churches and square. Beautiful apartment with a really pretty courtyard, I can't recommend this place enough. Self check in as you enter the property.

    Location is great! Close to old town Center and only 15 min by walk to the train station! Flat is lovely, bed is comfortable, good Wi-Fi! Comfy, nice and useful apartment . Check in/out easiest! On terrace you can leave bicycle and have a breakfast 👍
