This was a fantastic stay. We had two units for our family, a studio and a larger apartment, and both were great. Arrival was easy with codes to the outside door as well as apartments sent via mail and booking, so you can arrive whenever. Everything was waiting: stocked kitchens, complementary wine (excellent). Everything worked perfectly - bathrooms were clean, beds comfortable, kitchens convenient. Nice decor and atmosphere. Location is within walking distance from main attractions, easy parking on the streets nearby. Breakfast was supplied - cheese, butter etc waiting in the fridge, and fresh bread and pastries delivered to the door in the morning - very generous! and tasty. We met a staff member in the morning and he was very nice (though actually we did not need anything). Overall excellent stay that really made our short stay in Bordeaux quite memorable!

Location was great, a quiet street that had easy access to all the spots we wanted to visit in Bordeaux just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff who welcomed us was enthusiastic when we asked for dinner recommendations and she ended up giving us an entire list of food, shops, music, and must-see spots that we found very helpful.

The location quite convenient as the bus no 1 stops nearby and you could go with it either to the city center or the airport. I stayed in a mini studio apartment, which was very small but absolutely fine for a short stay. They make great use of the space and it was a bonus to have a small balcony. The room was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. It was handy to have a bar and the option to buy food at reception, too.
