She helped with booking day tours on the last minute when everything had go wrong. And on top of everything when I got beaten by an unidentified insect in the jungle she took me to the health center and served as a translator for as long as it was needed. The rooms are great. Very clean and comfy. Absolute value for price. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close enough so that everything is very accessible but far enough to be also quite. When I visit ilha grande again, I will definitely stay there.

We had the best stay at Sebastien's place on Ilha Grande, we loved it so much we extended our stay! Sebastien is such a welcoming host with loads of local tips and recommendations. The house itself is beautiful, the photos really do not do it justice. The location is also perfect, 10 mins walk from the harbour and just steps from a beautiful beach and the town. I had an excellent stay at this hotel, where the room was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The staff provided plenty of information about local tours and attractions, and the daily room service was really good! There was an easy to use air conditioning and complimentary coffee and snacks. Also, when I accidentally left my expensive MacBook charger behind, the staff quickly shipped it to me!
