The grounds were well kept and the exterior and interior of the building were exquisite Andre and the staff couldn't do enough for you. If you plan on visiting Rome you would have to be insane if you don't stay here. Also go and visit Trastevere which is nearby the bars and restaurants here are brilliant and reasonably priced.

I liked the coffee machine, the shower, the staff were so helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the layout of the room. it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in great value for money!

The apartment was perfect - well maintained and beautiful. The views outside and proximity to the Spanish steps was amazing as well. The people managing the desk were very sweet and very helpful. Sebastian, Carlos, Alessandro, and Nadia were amazing.

The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. We had a family of seven across two rooms and it was fantastic space that didn't feel crowded. The bunk rooms for the kids were great and made it easy to fit the family in. Everything had a fresh look and was clean. The self help snacks and breakfast made getting out early in the day so easy. Location was fantastic and they helpfully stored our bags on the morning of departure so we could get out and explore more of the city.
