It’s so beautiful, clean, quiet and the location is wonderful. We had a bit of confusion with check in and the host promptly came over and helped us, and made a dinner reservation for us too! There’s a lot to do in this area and I would recommend staying 2 nights.

Mostly for the fact of witnessing what a young person, with a dream, passion, initiative and hard work, can do. Cudos to Carmelo and his supportive family for the wonderful fruit of their labor. He has taken an old structure and brought it back to new life and purpose. We very much enjoyed our stay. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Ambiance was inspiring. Very clean place. We recommend it!

Free Wi-Fi, fridge and a coffee machine. Small balcony to dry clothes. There are numerous supermarkets and cafes within 5-10 minutes walk away. Brindisi Centrale station is about a 10 minute walk and the town centre and port only 15 mins walk. Numerous town buses go around the town but we didn’t use them. Lots of interesting old churches and cathedrals to visit. Matteo was very communicative and was available at 11.30pm to let us into the property. Make sure you have access to the internet before you arrive so that he can communicate where and when to meet you to check-in as he does not live in the apartment.
