Owners also gave us some food and beer :), did registration (which is very important - authorities can ask you about it at the passport control) and left leaflets with local restaurants and places to see. The location is good (5 minutes by foot to Porto Montenegro, 10-20 minutes to all beaches around, a small shop just 2 minutes away and bigger ones are 5-10 minutes away). We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a great experience!

It's far from Kotor city center but turned out it is very good since Kotor center and airport roads are a PERMANENT traffic jam so we were able to go to Budva/Cetinie/KotorSerpentine/MoracaBridge without experiencing huge traffic jams both sides. There is a nice beach bar "Restoran Movida" on the same peninsula 5 minutes drive away.
