Casal da Penha Apartments offers accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Funchal, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Situated within 200 metres of Sao Roque Beach and 300 metres of Banda d'Alem Beach, Fort Bay Suite Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Machico. Beautifully renovated apartment right in the center of Machico. While Machiko is not a touristy destination it's a perfect place to stay if you want to access several hikes in the area and we loved getting the local flavor of the town which is much less touristy than Funchal. The apartment was perfect in the best location one block from the water with lots of restaurants within a block, including a delicious coffee shop across the street. Completely new and clean. Everything was thought of down to the last detail, including a care package of local goodies. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I initially was concerned about comments regarding construction, but while there was some construction the noise did not bother us at all.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of mountain, Blue House is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ponta do Sol, 70 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach. Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás! 3 étterem is van mellette. A sziget innét könnyen bejárható minden irányban! A házigazda rendkívül segítőkész volt! Mi nagyon elégedettek voltunk! Ajánlanám a szállást másoknak is!

A nagyon közeli környezetében (kb. 80m-en belül) van: - buszállomás, a reptérre menő busz is megáll itt (8-as számú megállóhely), - gyúgyszertár, - szupermarket (benne pl. élelmiszerüzlettel, és szolid árú éttermekkel), - parkolóház, parkolás € 4.50/nap (2023. novemberi ár) - autókölcsönző (kb. 10m-re a lépcsőháztól) A tengerpart kicsit messzebb van, kb. 5 perc séta.

Sarah was a super friendly host who welcomed me in the apartment and gave all kinds of tips about Funchal and the area. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had a comfy bed and a really good shower. The parking below the apartments is a big advantage. Location is perfect, it´s a short walk to the restaurants and city centre. I didn´t use the pool or roof terrace that much, but it has an amazing view and definitely great to have on the hot summer days.

Érdemes kérni a parkolót, kényelmes, 2 perc séta a lakástól. Tiszta, kényelmes, felszerelt kis lakás. A szállásadó nagyon kedves. Pláza mellett, Tengerparttól pár perc séta. Éttermek, piac…minden jó volt, köszönjük :)

Dona I Apartments at Botanical Garden features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Funchal, 1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach. We simply loved it and it way exceeded our expectation The view was spectacular und having a glas of wine, sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships from a distance is just holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, even coffee capsules, water, fruits and delicious bred has been waiting for us. But for us most strikingly was the warm hospitality of Andrea and Alex, the siblings running the apartment house. You feel so welcome and we were so greatly taken care of.Thank you😊
