Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

We will always remember our beautiful holiday in Madeira and our stay at this lovely place. The support we were given by social lodge team was very helpful for people like us, being there for the first time. The apartment was top, we felt very comfortable there, the location within the city is really good and the communication with our hosts via WhatsApp was easy and perfect. Best location near old town and this view all over Funchal from the rooftop - with Infinity Pool! Everything you need is in the apartment, really new. Staff is so nice ans the contact also before our arrival was perfect. We came one day later than expected due to strong wind and still everything was perfect. They even offered us to stay one more night die free as we lost the first night. Would never expect this but it was a great surprise. Thank you for everything!!

We simply loved it and it way exceeded our expectation The view was spectacular und having a glas of wine, sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships from a distance is just holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, even coffee capsules, water, fruits and delicious bred has been waiting for us. But for us most strikingly was the warm hospitality of Andrea and Alex, the siblings running the apartment house. You feel so welcome and we were so greatly taken care of.Thank you😊
