Amazing and historical place, very close to the subway (and to a line that is connected to the train station and main attractions), fantastic service. The house is wonderful, chic, super cozy and clean, and Sebastian was a great host, making sure everything was the best possible for us, and allowing us to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out. Also great at communication. We could also use the kitchen and garden, which was great. Besides tableware, wine glasses etc., we could use the coffee and tea machine. The shower was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and would recommend it to everyone.

It was really close to the Barmbek station and very safe to walk to, the self check-in was really easy. I didn’t use any of the common facilities, but the room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities. There was also an option online to request the change of towels and throw out the trash which I didn’t use because of my short stay, thus I don’t know how that would work but it was a nice touch. I can see how people who are not used to the sound of trains could find the presence of the train tracks nearby a problem. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the train tracks directly and I didn’t consider the sound unbearable, in fact, I barely heard it. The gentleman I had to call in the early Sunday morning to unlock the front gate for me was really nice and helpful.

The position that is in a quiet place but 5 Min walk from the main train station, close to some pubs and cafe, just few kilometres from the main attractions (that you can reach also with 20/30 min by walk) and 35 Min far away from airport. The staff is really nice too and the room was very quiet.

Very quiet though. The hotel and its staff is very warm and welcoming. A luxury hotel with many facilities, including a spa with swimming pool, sauna, stream rooms and fitness. We had an 2-level apartment on the eight (+ ninth) floor which was spacious and contained a sitting room, kitchen, separate bedroom, 1,5 bathroom, walking closet. It was a great experience to stay here!
