Béatrice and Mir (and Minette, of course!) were absolutely fantastic hosts! I loved the individually and lovingly designed rooms and garden. You can feel the place‘s positive energy in every corner. It is a peaceful little paradise, still very close to the City of Vence. A bus stop is at 5 minutes walk at which you can catch a direct connection to Nice Airport. Also, it doesn’t even take 30 minutes to get to Fondation Maeght by walking through a forest nearby. Last but not least I have to mention Béatrice‘s superbe cooking: Even today I enthuse about her delicious dinner <3

Au Pied Des Baous is so wonderful! It is conveniently located near historical hot spots, downtown Vence, museums, and more! You can visit Grasse, Gourdon, and Cannes in just one day. We loved that we could always come back to such a peaceful place. Breakfast was delightful! Fabienne prepared her very own marmalade and breads. She also provided a basket of local pastries and prepared fruit every morning. The room and property were clean and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We would highly recommend Fabienne and Sacha’s hospitality.

This place is an art-centric gem in the heart of historic Vence. Loved the atmosphere, the amazing croissants for breakfast, and the large comfortable and tastefully appointed rooms. Location is outstanding- literally steps from the old city and the main square with great shops and restaurants nearby. The owners/proprietors - Thierry and Antoinne were always available, helpful with great suggestions about restaurants, places to visit, transport, etc. The shower was strong (dual heads), Fragonard toiletries provided, and a dressing area to hang things (plus a safe and small fridge - though no coffee machine, although a kettle plus instant coffee). Living area with large chaise to sit on and plan your day (or recharge). Charging cube to plug in your electronics / cables.

The grounds were beautiful and the room was uniquely decorated. They thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. We had robes, slippers, a ton of storage space. You’ll want to spend some time outside by the pool to eat, relax and admire the garden. We loved our stay!
