Everything was really great. First of all, the location is great. The view of Lake Como spreading out in front of me and the beautiful flowers around the house were wonderful. And, in fact, Madame's presence is even more wonderful. I was truly healed by her loving smile and support. In the end, I felt so comfortable that I was sad to go home. I returned to Japan today, but I want to see you again soon.

The owner and his mother was very nice. The breakfast was good and fresh (a new homemade pasterie everyday). The bedroom is very comfortable and there is a beautiful terrace with view. I would recommend to have a car because it's a bit far to walk to Menaggio (but there is bus close by)

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the hosts extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast included homemade jams and fresh fruit. Really good location, too - a few min. walk from the centre of Menaggio and even closer to the lake shore.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Do not think twice before booking this B&B! It is Quiet, peaceful and cozy. Beautiful view of the lake from the window. Yummy breakfast in the room with the lake view. Owners - Antonio and Maria are very kind and recommended amazing restaurants that are not to be missed. Everything was top-notch. Highly recommend! Getting taxis by yourself is a little challenging but Antonio helped us book it in advance and even walked us to the taxi stop which was just 1 min walk from the B&B Ferry terminal is around 1.5 km walk. Easily walkable during the day. If you are coming via Como San Giovanni, take the bus C10 to Menaggio. Do not stop at menaggio bus stop, rather stop at the bus stop after menaggio which is called Nobiallo center (Just 1 stop after Menaggio bus stand) From Nobiallo center bus stop, it is 100 meter walk to the B&B

Excellent view and the owners are very sweet and friendly. Beautiful view on the terrace if you wanna drink a coffee or have breakfast. The room has everything necessary. Highly recommend.
