A very warm welcome at Cabinett after a very wet cycle along the Mosel was very much appreciated. Our room was lovely and the area downstairs was particularly attractive- warm and cosy. The setting was lovely and the grounds beautifully thought out with many separate seating areas to enjoy and gorgeous plantings throughout. The renovated main building retained its history while still being transformed into comfortable guest lodgings with every detail considered. The wonderful hosts were very gracious and welcoming, providing a comprehensive breakfast, and the animals on the grounds were adorable and entertaining. We would love to return and spend more time.

Christian is an excellent host, he was very worried for me and for my son. The attention was great and he really cares about the people. We really enjoy the time there. The scrumptious breakfasts were also a highlight of our visit, as they seemed to be for all the other very contented guests as well!

The family who owns Pension Mona Lisa are so kind and welcoming! They made our stay amazing (3 of us in total)! A place that feels like home away from home. It’s only 16mins walk away from the Forum (bus station) as we took the train then the bus from Bonn. It was beautiful getting to know the owners and their 3 daughters! The husband even dropped us to the Forum so we wouldn’t miss our bus to return home, even his youngest daughter joined us for the ride! We’ll definitely be coming back here again and stay longer!
