I stayed for 3 days with my family as was attending wedding ceremony in pune. we booked 3 rooms. This place is amazing and at situated at quite place. Rooms are clean. The best part are host Mr Bhonde. We wanted to check in early and they accommodated us with no issue. The breakfast is must try. Overall you cannot go wrong with this place if you want quite long term stay at Pune.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food made by babu Bhai the most friendly person ever met was awesome and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. They have big terrace for party and music system on request. They also have swimming pool.

We loved everything about this guesthouse. Letti has a beautiful kindness and she only wants the best for your trip and stay at her guesthouse. She is happy to supply you with any information she has. The bedroom was very clean, the sheets smelt beautiful, there was lots of light and you could open the big windows. Lots of space and hanger to put some clothes, table and a little balcony where you can hang your clothes. The bathroom had great hot water, we used the Indian bucket to wash as the shower head didn't work amazingly. (We stayed in the room with private bathroom). The communal areas were really nice, basically always a shady spot. It is surrounded by the jungle so not much noise - definitely peaceful. You can walk to Querim beach which has sunbeds and there are good activities to walk along the cliffs to Arambol and you can get the ferry across the river to see some forts. Letti does breakfast, we had dragon bowls (delicious) and scrambled eggs. Admittedly, it was nice to not have Indian for breakfast for a change.

The host Bhushan, is so kind and sweet, he had given all the information that we would need about visiting tourist attractions.
