Super friendly and helpful. For example with finding cars to Delhi they sorted it out for half the cost than any other hotels or drivers quoted us for similar trip lengths. It's clear they have their guests' best interest at heart. The rooms were spacious, clean and as shown in the images and bathrooms had good water pressure etc. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

It’s down a small alley and the hotel has plenty of friendly staff to help with your bags. The host Arvind is very welcoming and happy to help with anything you need. The hotel is clean and the family room spacious. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price.

The spot is not in the central tourist area so it’s less overwhelming and quieter. Highly recommend!

Sona and her family were so nice to spend time with (her son is an excellent artist), the room was great - clean and comfortable with a fridge and storage space for bags - there is a nice roof to look over varanasi, and Sona can help with travel/tours/food/laundry and pretty much anything you need. Her cooking is also fantastic as is her chai! It's also in a great location by Assi Ghat which has lots of street vendors, restaurants etc. We will definitely return here if we visit Varanasi again
