Very easy access to the SW coast path, Turnchapel, Bovisand, Wembury etc, yet within relatively short travel into Plymouth. Very peaceful, lovely location by tidal lake, boats etc., and sitting out on decking overlooking this was great. Dog friendly (although not allowed upstairs or on furniture), and although no grass in the property courtyard, the playing field was just a minute’s walk away.

As a family, we took the ferry to Mountbatten and walked along the coastal path to the café above Jennycliff beach. The younger ones went down to the beach. Also we all went on the hour long boat trip, and to the Aquarium. Old ones did a round walk from Shaugh Bridge to Cadover Bridge. Beautiful. Younger ones spent more time in the shopping centre. Accommodation very spacious and comfortable. Instructions for appliances very clear.
