Ibrahim was very responsive and helped us arrive at the houseboat. He gave us great recommendations for things to do around, and even took us to a few places for shopping. He organized Shikara rides not just for us but also our friends. The houseboat is very well located, very clean and beautiful. It is uniquely positioned on a corner, and thus, we had great view from our bedroom. The room was spacious, well-lit and tidy. We would definitely like to stay there when we are back.

We had an excellent service from Pasadona Floating houseboat.the Pasadona is a very well made boat ⛵ 🚢 Owner Mr Suhail & His Brother Younis knowledge and helpfulness were invaluable guiding us through the process and we now have a wonderful boat to enjoy. this level of support and great advice all along the way gave me the confidence that we were in very good hands.I wouldn't hesitate in Future we Definitely Stay Here For Sure, in fact I wouldn’t go anywhere else.& So happy to have been able to enjoy the Himalayas again! So much peaceful beautiful nature here and such amazingly kind people that | feel right at home. I've already met so many local friends and even a super funny Australian @ryrainforest that I'm just gonna have to keep the adventure goin!™= :=

Beautiful floating garden and hill view location. Food is exceptional (Sajadh the chef ), Shikara ride every day is wonderful experience ( Firoz the rider also wonderful singer). Owner ( Sheik ji) of boat house who is very caring and has very good connections to make the whole kashmir trip go very smooth. Central heated is one very good option and makes the stay most comfortable even in winter.

I had a wonderful stay at Tashkand houseboat during winter season in January 2023. Musa, the houseboat owner, is very helpful and provide very good service. Dinner at Tashkand was our best dining in Kashmir as it's fresh meat, homemade, and no MSG. If you stay here I recommend trying 1 dining at his place. The place is clean and tidy. There's towels and amenities provided. There s no heater in the bedroom but it's replaced with warmed electric blanket which works very well to keep you warm at night, especially in winter. There are free shikara ride across to main road if you paid for shikara ride trip the first or second day. It's a special deal that the houseboat made with shikara riders so you will get the best deal and save money if you get shikara trip. It was the memorable, affordable house boat price. I will definitely come back again. Thank you, Musa :)
