Great communication by the host via WhatsApp with easy check in and check out. All amenities as described. Very large villa which easily catered for 7 of us. All cleaning products were available for use, including washing tabs for laundry. We didn’t need to buy anything extra other than food and drink. The welcome bottle of water was appreciated after the long journey. Thank you

Note that it's a 25-30-minute walk to Alcudia Center/Old Town, but the road is pleasant even in the hot weather. We had a ground floor room in one of the blocks, and it felt like we were in a private villa. There was a great selection of foods both at the breakfast and dinner buffets, and most of it was delicious. Staff in general is very polite and friendly, and the option to loan beach umbrellas from the hotel was absolutely a bonus.
