Everything was perfect, we had a big apartment rigth next to the pool on the ground floor and it couldn’t be better! The complex has its fitness, library and yoga room, you can also pour a filtered water there, cleaning lady comes every second day, many things sustainable, very comfort bed. Amazing flat. Fair and competitive price. Perfect location for anyone in town to surf or bodyboard as well, right at the southern edge of town so access to the Cotillo beaches and the amazing Playa de Esquizno is right at your doorstep. Will be returning to this property again. Such a great place!

I had a spacious apartment fully furnished and equipped with useful tools for cooking and cleaning. After a week of travelling the washing machine was a much welcomed surprise. Though the location is about two km from El Cotillo where all the beaches, shops and restaurants are, this only added to the feeling of quiet and relaxation. The couple running the property was very friendly and helpful with useful information about what to do and where to eat.

Just perfect place to visit Fuerteventura. El Cotillo is a small but beautiful kind of village. In the apartment there was absolutely EVERYTHING what you may need: very well equipped kitchen, all dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, little patio, pool on the roof with a beautiful view, table with enough space for 5 people, very comfortable beds... Absolutely everything. It was the best equipped apartment I've ever rented! Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. All around very nice and helpful people. Just around the house there was a lot of space to park the car as well. I sincerely recommend this apartment. Contact with host with absolutely no problem at all.

The location is amazing, only 2 minutes to the beach and lovely restaurants. Very easy to park your car in the same street. The house is clean, nice and modern and has all the facilities you could wish for ! Huge rainfall walk-in shower 😍 The owner was very accommodating and gave us all the information and recommendations we needed. He even went out of his way to bring us an extra bed so we could all have our privacy. Highly recommend this little gem!

We spent every evening there. El Cotillo is the perfect village for everyone who doesn't want to live too remotely but also doesn't like to be in a touristic hotspot. There are many nice cafes and restaurants to choose from within a walking distance. The closest supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The apartment was nice and clean and the communication with Dave was perfect.
