The hotel was excellent value for money. Staff was super helpful and polite, and the room was very clean, exactly as shown in the website pictures. Breakfast was good, but it was exactly same on both days, so could do with some variety, But enjoyed the breakfast.

It is located in a quiet street very close to the beach, and you can easily walk to Brighton Pier, the Lanes, the Royal Pavilion etc.
