Great restaurants, shops in the streets that run between booth beaches. 12 min walk to the subway (metro) Orange line which is handy. The rooftop area is great for a drink at sunset with a fantastic view ton the left of Copacabana beach. Good area for sunbathing also on the few beds provided.

Breakfast every morning was incredible it tasted amazing and there was such attention to detail. We loved being surrounded by nature but very close to the city. The wildlife was amazing - local monkeys and hummingbirds! It was so relaxing and the hosts are so welcoming. The bedroom was stunning and the pool was beautiful. Pure bliss!!KatieGroup

He allowed me to check in in the morning and that was kind. The bed is comfortable, fast internet, hot shower and amenities in the kitchen to prepare your meals, if you want. Subway station in front of the building and the beautiful Copacabana beach 3 blocks away. Many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. The hosts are super friendly and nice people, truly devoted to give the best experience to their guests. Their breakfast kept me full till the evening! And the breakfast room is very beautiful and inviting. Charismatic cat and dog round up the experience.

Central location in Urca (we used Uber and 99 to get around to other places), near the Sugarloaf hill and Praia Vermelha (nice for a nightly swim). The neighbourhood is quite ok; we walked around after sunset without issues. Very pleasant and helpful staff (checked up with before arrival, allowed us to shower after our return from the beach on our last day). Comfy bed, hot shower, extensive breakfast, big room (with terrace), small swimming pool. Cool spot to discover Rio.
