We loved the location of the Yurts, as our trip was for my sons birthday, a trip he wanted to go fishing, we were perfectly placed to go to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay, and our visit to nearby Pennywell Farm just rounded off our visit! Deborah our host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her, upon arrival she gave us some of her own raised sausages, and eggs, my personal favourite was our daily visit of Billy, one of the farm Border Collie Dogs, she is beautiful and I would have loved to taken her home with us! But she is where she belongs, the shared facilities were always available when needed, and very clean, the Yurts are well spaced out so that you are not overlooked, and very comfortable and equipped!

Featuring a hot tub, Brackenhill Glamping - Safari Tent with Hot Tub - Sleeps 6 is set in Ivybridge. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Just lovely. The tent had everything you needed to enjoy a unique glamping experience. Alex and Simon have thought of every detail including local recommendations. The electric blankets were a nice touch. There is a well stocked honesty shop if you need anything. The area is so peaceful. Close to lots of lovely places of interest. Will definitely be re booking.

Offering a garden and garden view, The Yurt @ Osmore is set in Axminster, 46 km from Sherborne Old Castle and 27 km from Taunton Library. The setting, the quiet and wildlife. The bed was so comfy and the whole set up was well thought out. The little kitchen with oven and hob ideal for a hot meal, and simple curtain so even when raining you can cook, or make a drink. Great location for walks. Everything you should need has been thought about. Very romantic getaway.

Beautiful place, the photos don’t do it justice! We couldn’t believe how idyllic it was, perfectly kitted out, they had thought of absolutely everything and it was an absolute joy to stay there. My children have asked if we can come back every year!

The owners had thought of everything - it really is a luxury experience of camping. Hot water bottles, suppliers like tea and coffee and oil in the kitchen, well stocked cupboards of pans and crockery, super comfortable beds and sofas - you really want for nothing. The wood-fired hot tub is a real novelty. I loved the honesty shop too, with fresh eggs and drinks and emergency supplies. When one of our group forgot their toothbrush, there was one right there. Perfect! The setting is very special, with only 2 tents it feels very private and the views are lovely. The fact that you can walk to a village with 2 pubs is the icing on the cake.

Dartmoor Halfway Campsite, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Newton Abbot, 7.7 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse, 29 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, as well as 17 km from Riviera... Firstly, the staff are very friendly and always helpful. We stayed in one of the Bell tents, I’m not a keen camper but this was lovely, the tent has a plug so that you can charge your phone or use you hair dryer etc.. And the bed is so comfortable! The site is well maintained and modern. If you have food from the restaurant you won’t be disappointed, the food we had was delicious! Breakfast is a must. The site is next to road but I didn’t find it to be an issue, at all. Over all we really enjoyed our stay, everything was spot on, thank you.

Located within 11 km of Sandy Park Rugby Stadium and 33 km of Newton Abbot Racecourse in Stoke Canon, Devon Tipi Camp And Glamp provides accommodation with seating area. Living the outdoor life, with my daughter and granddaughter . my granddaughter thought this was amazing. We foraged wood and kindling , lit the log fire outside and toasted mallows under the stars. Lots of games to keep her entertained . The compost toilet was a new experience but again she loved it. Beds were comfortable and we were warm.
