Location was good for visiting Vatican museums and Saint Peter. A bit uphill, but for good walkers only 5-10’ from metro and 2-3’ from a taxi station. The furnishings were nice and clean. There were mosquito nets and airco. The building quite characteristic

Alice, the host was extremely nice and helpful. She explained everything in details. Parking is 100 m and it’s free of charge. Sunset was breathtaking

The room and the balcony were very very big. The beach is close by as well as a nice restaurant on the beach. Very nice host. Room is clean, bed ok, the hammock in the balcony a nice treat.

The staff were great. The view is amazing but kinda wish we took a room with sun beds instead of just windows.

breakfast is delicious, healthy with omeal and nuts, contents of the detox water are different each day. Dinner is delicious as well.

The location is moderately average, with the added benefit of being within a reasonable walking distance from certain attractions such as the Colosseum. Two supermarkets, Carrefour and Castoro, are conveniently close by. Additionally, there is a nearby bus stop, although the reliability of ground transportation in Rome is a different matter altogether. However, the apartment's standout feature is its spacious green terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sunset and the Caracalla baths.

Balcony has a direct view over the beach, perfect for watching sunset and listening to waves. Location also has good public transport connections. Apartment very comfortable and relaxing.

The house was very clean and has a perfect veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset. The staff were very helpful with helping us book a taxis and suggesting places to eat.
