Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a warmly heated hot tub, a selection of snacks, and even a chilled bottle of champagne – a warm and inviting welcome that set the tone for our stay. Location is amazing, only around 20 minutes away from York city center. Everyone was really friendly, the cabin had everything you'd need and was really clean and warm. Plenty of parking as well. Hope to come back in warmer weather

quiet location. lovely family owned business, made us feel very welcome. positioned on a small lake so ideal for watching birds- water hens, geese, oyster catchers, long tailed tits , robins, and red kites.
