That's some special place; to be in the national park at the feet of Vesuvius is not some everyday opportunity. Alessandro is a great guy, just perfect to host such a place with his approachable way of being and enthusiasm (and energy!) to keep things running. It's a place for experiencing and socializing, not solely for staying overnight.

There is also a stovetop, kitchenware and a kettle. At the campground, units include bed linen and towels. Very safe, comfortable and clean place, the residents (Kaysha and Dominique) were super friendly and lovely, that made our stay even more better. I wish I had booked for more days. Highly recommended 🌹

Salerno is 32 km from the campsite, while Positano is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Naples International Airport, 76 km from the property. This was the best kind of experience one could hope for, like being a guest at an Italian house, except having your own private bungalow. The property is in a quiet area under the shadow of Italian stone pines, meaning it is significantly cooler than the rest of the town. There are AC units in the bungalows but I never needed them despite 31 degrees outside. Windows have antimosquito nets, so I never had problems inside. If you'd like to use the outside terrace, however, you might want to pack a spray. There is no lack of parking. Despite no Internet promised on the booking, I was told the password, and the connection was rather robust. And the cabin was spotlessly clean on my arrival. But the best thing is the owners. They truly care about their guests. For me, they went above and beyond. They respond quickly via Booking.com app, or you can typically find them at the entrance to the property. I highly recommend Parco delle Viole.

Provincial Pinacotheca of Salerno is 14 km from Camping Lido di Salerno, while Salerno Cathedral is 15 km away. The nearest airport is Salerno - Costa d'Amalfi, 4 km from the campground, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Great staff, helpful and friendly! Extremely clean bungalow, very silent A/C, one of the best we had in Italy so far. Much space, great coffee at the bar, everything was excellent. Also directly on the beach.

Featuring a restaurant and seasonal outdoor pool, Camping Nube D'Argento is a 15-minute walk from a sandy beach. The property is in Sorrento, 750 metres from Sorrento Cathedral. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Everything. The location, pool, restaurant, staff and cabin were awesome.

Set within less than 1 km of Chiaia Beach and 2 km of Chiaiolella Beach, Procida Camp & Resort - La Caravella offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Procida. Boasting free shuttle service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The campground has an outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. It was an interesting experience. The camp it's very well maintained: Pool area it's amazing, lots of greenery and lemon trees. :) ( Bonus: jazz music all around the camp - beautiful) We stayed in a tent and it was very comfortable. Big tent, comfortable beds, private bathroom and a little private garden for us. We also had a mini fridge and cooking utensils. The staff it's very professional and nice. The breakfast was delicious: fresh fruits, good coffee and warm croissants. I also appreciated the transfer to the port provided with no extra cost. The airstream caravan restaurant was very nice and and it has many cocktails and cold beers and some light snacks ( salads).
