It is one of the nicest places we have stayed, the staff couldn't have been any nicer, they were so welcoming! We had an 18 month old Labrador with us, she was made such a fuss off, very dog friendly. Food was lovely, it is such a cosy welcoming pub. The accommodation was lovely, nice little hamper left for breakfast and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and big! Great location for walking and visiting other towns near by.

It's a gem of a place, beautiful surroundings, amazing facilities, log cabin was perfect, owners extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and all round just perfect. The perfect place to have down time, be off grid, be at one with nature, enjoy the purity of the land and be surrounded by lots of wildlife.
