Charming classic hotel in an excellent lakeside position. The superior room had a lovely view and a small balcony. The restaurant was very good. Worth staying in. And we were lucky enough to get one of the few parks in the hotel parking space. Recommended

Pretty little town on the lake, with a couple of excellent restaurants nearby serving local cuisine mostly. Lots to see, lovely walks, hikes and drives. One glaring problem they need to address ASAP. Very nice city with a breathtaking view with a castle on the lake and high hills covered in clouds. The lake is crystal clear, so perfect for swimming, or sailing. There are ferrys that can take you to other parts of the lake. Just an absolutely gorgeous and clean city with very welcoming people. Many art galleries and all sorts of exhibitions. We also reccomend Hotel Zum Goldenen Hirschen in the city centre with a luxury design and very nice staff.

Amazing lake town, with a special sea-lake architecture. Small but charming and the locals are very friendly. Good number of beds and rooms for a family of 4. Rather unique layout and interior - interesting but a bit of a double edged sword.
