Uberlingen is a quaint town by the lake Constance. It has a long promenade for walks, and is well connected to other towns and near the border with Austria and Switzerland. There is a market every Saturday, and it has a good range of restaurants and coffee shops. It's a very relaxing and beautiful town. Uberlingen is a wonderful location on the shores of Lake Constance, I loved it! I especially admired the gardens and beautiful displays of flowers throughout the town. Various walks are clearly signposted and there is a good choice of restaurants.

Uberlingen is a beautiful small town.
Uberlingen is a beautiful small town. It has a very pleasant promenade where you can spend hours with a glass wine or a tasty meal. The many restaurants are welcoming and you can experience local, Italian Balkan food. There are many comfortable beaches and ship transportation to any direction of the lake.

August very lively with tourists. Friedrichshafen easy reach with Zeppelin Museum, Dornier museum. Excellent Car & Tractor museum close by. My wife really enjoyed the variety of shops in Uberlingen. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront and down backstreets. Pleasant ferry across the lake and bus service to Konstanz if you want an even bigger variety of shops, old buildings etc. Second visit to Uberlingen and still plenty to warrant a third visit. Beware cyclists, they seem to be everywhere!

very cosy little town, with perfect sea promenade, good Robert wine bar nearby, tasty Pizza place in the city (not directly at the water). Old town seemed to me bigger and in a better condition than overcrowded with Tourists Meersburg. Super bio Ice cream on Landungsplatz!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

I had a daily omelette, made fresh to order on their terrace with a great view of the Bodensee. Our room was on the top floor...an easy few outside flights of stairs...again with a great view of the lake. I genuinely can't wait to stay again next summer.
