The staff were very helpful. The hotel foyer is very spacious. We booked a suite, which was big and had two balconies: one overlooking the pyramids and the other over the pool. The other rooms we booked were deluxe pyramid view, and they too were lovely. The food in the hotel buffet was very good with a wide range of choices for our family's differing dietary needs. A good location for accessing the pyramids.

a mixed bag of standards. Reception was pleasant and very helpful. In first night rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was superb, attentive and prompt. Second night Slow slow slow service. Room comfortable, quiet and floor staff were professional and good. Breakfast chef who cooked my omelette-brilliant. Rest of breakfast non descript.

I enjoyed this property so much that I decided to stay an extra day, and I upgraded myself to the Deluxe King Suite with Pyramid View. The room was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The bedding was exquisite and I could see the Spinx with my head on the pillow in cool air conditioning. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this hotel and I was able to coordinate all my tours with them. Good breakfast included and good bar service. The location was fantastic in quiet place and also for the tourists will be fantastic becouse it's almost downtown near evrything. It was nice staying there it's not fantasy place but it's cousy and not to much people you see.
