Mahon is an easy going city. It is small and not too noisy.
Mahon is an easy going city. It is small and not too noisy. There is plenty to do and see. You can cover most areas on foot and there is a good bus service to other parts of Menorca. The harbour area is attractive with boat trips which are a great way to see the city and get an idea of its' history. It is also a very pleasant area to walk and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars both in the harbour area and in the centre of town. Menorca has lovely beaches and because it is a relatively small island it is easy enough to reach anywhere from Mahon

Mahon is an interesting town with a large harbour and many individual shops. There is a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The streets are clean and the main town centre is pedestrianised so is very easy to get around.

A good base to discover the rest of the island, I think that buses can get you to a fare number of places but as frequent visitors we invariably have a car waiting at the airport. Mahon is full of character, steeped in history. Boat trips available round the huge harbour.

Mahon port is a must, lovely to walk around and there are 2 lifts to take you from the port to the old town.
We love art galleries and museums and met some wonderful people.
Not a place for children really, Better for children on the west side of the Island.
Some really good restaurants Tap Can, La Opera and especially Perla!
The room was charming. Large room with a super king size bed. A large bathroom with a beautiful bath and a separate walk in shower. .
Breakfast was a choice from a menu all served to your table. You could have as much as you wanted and the quality was excellent. The courtyard where breakfast was served was just beautiful.
We ate dinner in the town where there are many bars and restaurants all within a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Good location for centre of Mahon. We loved the Fish Market with fun atmosphere and lovely drinks + tapas. Hotel was very pleasant and environmentally conscious - courtesy bar and snacks were very welcome. Rooftop pool/spa was small and delightful. We had used a hire car for touring the island but returned it as we didn't need a car to explore Mahon - good decision - and very easy to catch a bus to airport.
We stayed 2 nights in this boutique hotel which had 8 rooms in a 4 storey building in the centre of Mahon. A great location for shopping, restaurants and the port. It is modern yet incorporates some old features including the old city wall. The rooms are well designed, çomfortable and there was an excellent choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Very cozy in general, hard to leave
Excellent hotel in every way: comfortable, cosy, central, well cared for decoration, exquisite service...everything makes you feel welcome. The owner, Ignasi, is always willing to help and introduce you to Menorcan culture. Hard to find fault with it. The best thing, the warmth of the owner and the place. Pilar & Gareth
Staff are very kind and amazing and nothing was too much for them.
The breakast is worth every penny; for us it was amazing and definitely sets you up for the day.
Location for us was excellent and was a great base for us to experience and enjoy Mahon.
The hotel on a whole is lovely and has a great vibe to it.
Nicely located not too far from "downtown" Mahón and a very short walk from the boardwalk/harbor. Rooms are sparse, but spacious. The balcony would have had a great view if it hadn't been raining. Staff were extremely kind and communicative, especially when we thought we'd get in later than we actually did.
We spent one night at the hotel and so didn’t have time to enjoy it as much as we should have. The location is perfect for a stay in Mahon. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the staff was incredibly friendly! An extra Bonus was the delicious smelling shampoo and shower gel….so nice!
excellent boutique hotel in the center of Mahon. courtyard is very beautiful, great to sit by the pool and have drinks. staff was very warm and friendly, made me feel at home. room was very spacious, bed comfortable, including the bathroom.
Pillar was the best guide ever. 24 hour front desk meant the noise level was amazing and sleep was easy at night. Comfy beds, strong shower, easy reach of everything. Would I recommend to friends and stay there again. Absolutely
- the breakfast is excellent;
- the hotel is quite close to the center of Mahon (10 minutes on foot);
- the Deluxe room is awesome, spacious and clean;
- the "Green" corner with refreshments is a great idea.
Great location within easy reach of Mahon sites. lovely small boutique Hotel, beautifully decorated and very quiet and comfortable. The owner, Veronique was so welcoming and looked after our group so well.
