Location was good as only a 10 min bus ride to Heathrow Terminal 5 , bus stop straight outside so didn’t have to go far and run regularly

This property was nice and close to the Heathrow airport, which is what we wanted as we were flying out to Australia the next morning. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom very fancy. It was well set up and had supplies of various bathroom items. There was a fridge in the room also that had complimentary water in it with tea and milk supplies. We arrived very late and loved that the reception was manned 24/7. It was a most comfortable room and we relaxed being there.

The hotel is convenient for getting to the airport. But was a nightmare to get to it from the airport. They Do not participate with the hotel shuttle bus drop off. So you have to go back and get a taxi. Fortunately someone told us we could get off at the hotel next door and walk with our luggage which was okay. The decor and lobby was nice. We had problems with our booking, the hot tub wasn't working, and when we switched rooms to get a room with a bathtub there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating, very professional and did their best.
