The apartment was very clean and tidy& the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Located right in the center, near the front sea. I loved the “no fuss” checking and the kids loved they had access to Netflix🙈 ❤️

Small, pretty town, with plenty of craft shops, galleries and places to eat and drink. Friendly residents. Lovely gifts to be found in Morva, good food to be had in the Cutty Sark restaurant. The bar in the Godolphin Hotel is a good spot for a drink with a view. A wander around the town is worth it, as is a visit to the craft fair, which is on in All Saints Church Hall on Mondays and Tuesdays. The local shop is good for essentials like milk and tea, but self-catering visitors might need to head farther afield for a 'big shop'.

Marazion is a nice, pretty, seaside town that doesn't feel overly touristic; nice pubs, other places to eat, a few galleries, interesting museum and, of course, St Michael's Mount to photograph from all angles! Parking is restricted but the town is quite well served by local bus services. Main deficiencies are that it currently lacks a Post Office or ATM if you need cash or more than just a postage stamp.

Marazion and the surrounding area was fantastic.
Marazion and the surrounding area was fantastic.
There were quite a few problems with the accomodation though while we were there, including electrical issues which meant no tv and no wifi, damp in the lounge area and windows in the lounge that let rainwater in.
Also the host stopped replying to my emails which we thought rather rude.

Charming town with very friendly citizens and other tourists. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was while at the same time the town felt alive and there were many commerces with charming entrepreneurs running them. It is easy to just walk around Marazion but you can also move around in a cab.

We simply loved the place.
We simply loved the place. A wonderful, quiet and quaint little village perfect for a seaside escape. The only thing it was missing was, perhaps, a proper shop for supplies, and maybe more diverse eating options ( there were no Asian themed places, for instance).

We went out of season so many shops did not open even if they displayed opening times, open one day and not the next. Small place but has most of what you need and is very close to other larger areas that offer more. Good location and nice walks. Can imagine in peak times it is very difficult to get about and find a place to eat.
The location of this lovely B&B is perfect. It is situated in Marazion which is a small village which hosts the most stunning views of St Michael's Mount! If you stay here do go and visit it. The B&B is perfectly located for easy access to Penzance and the other great sights of Cornwall but you get to to come back to a peaceful location. There is free parking g behind the hotel also which is a plus. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Everywhere is very cosy and clean. We will definitely be returning!
we have been to marazion to visit the mount before, this time we brought family to visit more of the local area. upon arrival at the Wheal Holiday Park the place was clean tidy and well looked after. The owner greeted us with a very warm welcome and showed us where we were staying. ( in lodge 6 ) the lodge itself was spotless throughout the whole accommodation and was left a " starter pack " with complimentary milk, of which was a lovely gesture after 5 hours of travelling down from Buckinghamshire.
The location, views and the cottage exceeded expectations. The house is fully equipped and beautifully designed. It is truly a magical spot, and it’s close enough to town to walk to restaurants and St Michael’s Mount. Also a path for walks on the beach. The owner is responsive and provided great information about the house and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.
View & location. Ease of facilities cafe, pub, supermarkets and walking distance to Marazion, St Michaels Mount and Penzance (SW Coastal path or beach). Ease to access beach in front of accommodation, great if you have children or just want an easy day! Washing machine and dishwasher. very handy. Complementary milk, tea & coffee etc very handy when arriving after a long drive.
Very friendly welcome - fresh milk, bread, eggs and biscuits provided upon arrival. Brightly painted and modern, the accommodation and furniture were clean and in good condition. Very comfortable bed. Great base for a couple - The Fire Engine pub is only a 10 minute walk or short trip in the car. Parking at Marazion opposite St Michael’s Mount less than 5 minutes’ drive.
The Godolphin is a fabulous hotel. We stayed in the Jubilee suite which was a lovely room with amazing views. The complimentary brownies were great, breakfast was delicious & all the staff were friendly and welcoming
Would definitely recommend.
Loved everything about the site. Friendly, Clean and in a prime location for gorgeous Marazion. We as a family will definitely be going back. Maybe even yearly from now on.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.
Parking was great and well signposted from in front of the hotel, exceptional for this location . Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Great views from my room, they upgraded me when I arrived too making this great value.
Location was easy walking to the town and having your own parking space was a real bonus. Marazion itself, whilst busy during the day quietens down after 5.00pm making it a pleasant place to be during the evenings.
The attitude of the staff, without exception, was helpful, friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. If I were to visit Cornwall again, I would certainly stay at the Marazion Hotel.
Really loved the apartment and we made good use out of the hot tub.
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space and only a short walk into Marazion.
Fantastic views of St Michael's Mount.
