I have been in this hotel a few years ago.l have also stayed at the Crown Plaza three years ago in Bruges,which was another beautiful hotel,spent five days there,I have never had any complaints lovely hotels.

A very lovely hotel set in a little Cheshire village, a jewel in the beautiful countryside. A couple of Weddings were on the weekend we visited. A fantastic venue! Visit Chester, its a great Town.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Smart and opulent interior with grand fireplace and decor. Bedroom was large with clean fresh en-suite. Breakfast in the Palm Court was superb freshly prepared and plentiful. Excellent hotel and restaurant staff service.

Great pet friendly hotel in good location. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Good spa facilities and nice bar for lunch and evening meal. Breakfast was a little limited as the food wasn’t refreshed but think this was due to a lack of staff. Check out was slow but there was an issue with other customers that caused the delay. All the staff was great nothing was too much trouble for them, friendly, helpful and always have a big smile on there face. I would go again, love the afternoon tea also the fine dining.
